azalea.pets — Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026 · Beta

By using Azalea Pets you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose; read them.

The big one: Azalea is not a veterinarian

Azalea provides general information and record-keeping, not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its answers can be wrong. Never delay or replace professional veterinary care because of something this app said. If your pet may be having an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately — before, instead of, or regardless of anything Azalea tells you.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. One account per person; keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

Your pets' records, photos, and chats belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them solely to run the product (see the Privacy page for exactly where they go). Don't upload content that's illegal, that you don't have rights to, or that depicts harm to animals or people.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to break security or access others' data, no scraping or reselling, no using Azalea to generate harmful or unlawful content, and no automated bulk usage. We can suspend accounts that do.

Beta reality

Azalea Pets is early software provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. We work hard to protect your data, but you should not treat this app as the only copy of records you can't afford to lose (keep originals of important veterinary documents). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us — which, in this beta, is nothing.

Ending things

You can stop any time; email privacy@azaleapets.com to delete your account and data. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

If these terms change meaningfully, we'll note it in the app and update the date above. Questions: privacy@azaleapets.com.
